Skip the queue and check-in online at home.
As travelers from Copenhagen, Billund and Aalborg, you can check in from home via Jettime's shop, but only if you have pre booked seats.
Online check in is open 7 - 2 days prior to departure incl. the day of travel.
Travelers from Denmark, with TUI, Bravo Tours, Apollo og Spies/Ving who have not pre-purchased a specific seat will receive an email 7 days before departure, with a seat offer, that you will have to accept if you want it . If not, you can either close down the page and wait for one hrs. and you might get another seat. Or you can always by the seat of your own choice. By either accepting or purchasing a seat you will be able to check-in online .
Note that you still need to print luggage tags at the airport, this is done at the machines.
In addition, it is possible in Billund via Billund airport's own website, the day before departure after 4 pm and thereby avoid queues at the airport .
Online check-in is not possible on the return journey.
Please note online check-in is only possible within Schengen.
Non-Schengen are as followed, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Turkey and Egypt .
Online check-in is not possible in Sweden and Finland.
Boarding pass
On departure from Copenhagen, Billund and Aalborg, boarding passes can be printed from home or transferred to the mobile phone .
In Copenhagen our dedicated area is in Terminal 2, right next to 7eleven. At Billund and Aalborg Airport, there are dedicated baggage drop of and check in counters.
Baggage drop and counters will open 2 1/2 hrs. prior to departure.
Remember to book a seat from home.
It is only possible to check in online if you have booked a seat first.
Boarding pass
If you have done an online check-in, you can print your boarding pass from your computer at home or use the mobile phone version. After that you have direct access to the baggage drop desk at the airport. Please note that you have to print your baggage tags on the self service stander before dropping your bag.
